Portfolio Insights
Overview
Altus has a comprehensive suite of Power BI dashboards that provide rich insight into the data captured. These are embedded into tabs within Altus to make it easy for users to access the content.
In Altus Portfolio, the Portfolio Insights dashboard provides the following information:
- Intake Funnel: Shows the complete end to end of Ideas, Proposals, and Projects through the lifecycle.
- Portfolio Overview: Listing of all portfolios and their aggregate costs.
- Portfolio Timelines: Shows each portfolio and the programs and projects within them and their corresponding timeframes.
- Program Overview: Listing of all programs and their aggregate costs.
- Program Timelines: Shows each program and the projects below and their corresponding timeframes.
- Portfolio Cost Breakdown: Interactive chart where users can drill through from the portfolio all the way down to the lowest financial item to see the budget, forecast, or actual costs.
