Resource Insights
Overview
Altus has a comprehensive suite of Power BI dashboards that provide rich insight into the data captured. These are embedded into tabs within Altus to make it easy for users to access the content.
In Altus Resource, the Insights dashboard provides the following information:
- Information: Provides a summarisation of all bookable resources in the solution.
- Availability: Availability of each role by type and month including capacity.
- Requests: Visibility of all resource requests that have come in for both proposals and projects.
- Assignments Overview: Effort by task and monthly allocation of work by resource.
- Actual Variance: Committed resource effort vs timesheet actuals.
- Timesheet Compliance: Compliance for the submission of weekly timesheets by user.
- Financial Analysis: Timephased cost and sell rate analysis.
- Resource Details: Summary for selected resource (person-specific dashboard).
