Automation

Altus provides Power Automate Flows to be used as templates / a basis for customers to use to orchestrate their own automations.

Important

It is recommended that the following Flows are copied (Use Save As) for use by customers. If there is a subsequent update to these Flows published by Altus customised versions of the Flows will be deactivated so you can inspect the changes.

Power Automate Flows:

• Proposal Approval : Used to progress a proposal to a Project once approval conditions are met.
• Resource Request Update Notification : Used to create notifications when resoruce requests are updated.
• Timesheet Rejection Notification : Creates notifications when timesheets are rejected
• Timesheet Submit for Approval Notification : Creates notifications when timesheets are submitted for approval
• Unsubmitted Timesheet Reminder : Creates notifications when timesheets are overdue for submission.
• Portfolio Backfill : A once-off utility flow used to backfill the portfolio to project linkages. It will be removed in future.
