Steps to turn off the second "Launch Proposal Approval" workflow in your environment

1. Navigate to make.powerapps.com
2. Select your target Environment that contains the Altus solution you wish to customise
3. Select the "Solutions" tab
4. Create a new solution i.e. CustomSolution
5. Add the existing Process
   1. Open "CustomiseSolution" in our case.
   2. Select "Add existing" in the top hotbar
   3. Navigate to "Automation" then "Process"
      
6. Finding the process we wish to turn off:
   1. Search using the top-right search box for the name of the process i.e. "Launch"
   2. Click the "Launch Proposal Approval" checkmark in our case as we intend to turn it off
   3. Click "Add" to add it to solution
      
7. Turning off the selected workflow:
   It should now navigate you back to the CustomSolution list showing the "Launch Proposal Approval"
   1. Click on the ellipsis
   2. Select "Turn off" the workflow

The workflow will no longer appear in the drop-down list.
