Key Highlights

Project Status Report

  • Updated the SQL code with the correct data mappings so that its consistent throughout the reports. Data mapping document can be found at the bottom of this page under Data mapping for SQL

  • New icon for Project Status has been added when there is no KPI selected and when Custom KPI has been created in Altus

  • All KPIs in the report now match with whats in Altus

  • On the first page under Project dates and work - added Scheduled finish, Baseline finish and Variance for Baseline information

  • Under Milestones - added Baseline finish date

  • Added Alternate currency information for all finance data - Base currency of Altus will now be displayed instead of $ symbol. Added a new dataset dsTransactionCurrency to the datasets for this to work.

  • Updated all the font colour of Windings Icon

  • When financialsSummariseTotals value is turned on in settings then the data will change in the Category costs and Financials table visual

  • Added Active and Postponed for Issues and Risks under the header

  • Fixed the bug for Effort bar missing for projects where tasks dont have Effort

  • Fixed the font and font size through out the report to be consistent

  • Priority count has been fixed for all registers

  • Changed the labels for Cost by Month graph to show for all months

  • Fixed the bug for Effort completed and effort remaining to have rounded values

  • If the project progress and progress effort has no info then the bar will not be displayed

  • Milestones were not showing correct data which is now fixed

  • New column ER (Escalation Required) has been added for Decisions which was initially part of Priority

Program Status Report

Project - Parameters

  • ProjId - parameter that will be passed for most of the datasets. This will be hidden in the reports and when embedded in Altus it fetches the project that is currently open in Altus and passes the id as paramater
