Ending the subscription

Altus is a cloud application where the customer maintains a subscription to continue to benefit from the application. Your sales representative will be in touch to arrange renewal of the subscription.

If the subscription is not renewed, the application data remains in place in the Microsoft Dataverse environment, but access to the Altus application is removed and a message is displayed.

The user will then be redirected to the Altus Website.

Cleanup

After the subscription ends, no clean up is required by Altus, however there are optional activities that can be performed to remove Altus components that are not longer required:

• The Power Platform environment can be deleted in the Power Platform Admin Center (This will cause data loss)
• Altus for Teams can be removed from the Teams Administrative center
• Altus for Word can be removed from the M365 Admin center Integrated Apps
• The three Altus Service Principals can be removed by an M365 administrator from EntraID -> Enterprise Apps.
